It might not have been available on the downloadable versions of the album. I picked this up back when CDs were still sorta a thing people could buy. This and I think 2 or 3 other songs appear after a break of silence following Crimes of the Heart. This one is literally the very last song on the album, it is hidden though

This is a hidden track at the very very end of the "3rd World" mix tape. I think Akir has the original "Apocalypse" song on his album.. I think. This remix with Pharoahe Monch is definitely the one that is hidden on Tech's "The 3rd World" though. So... it's after every track, to answer your question specifically
