I have a cold, so I'm not really feeling at the top of my game today. But someone wanted to see this before a band audition tomorrow, so...

Who the hell are you musician from outer space..I remember this song from the Yardbirds from my early years..that haunting guitar of Jeff Beck's was a dominant factor,,but yours is superb..I loved it..thank you

Well, personally I'd put Jimmy at the top of the list of the Yardbirds' most experimental guitarists. Some of Little Games is pretty out there. But Beck played on their best material, for sure.

No doubt. Beck had the longest stint in the band at their most experimental.

I saw Jeff Beck perform 2 years ago. Fabulous. PT, you did a great job on this one and and yes you are a fine guitarist yourself.

In my opinion, Jeff was the best guitar player the Yardbirds ever had. By a wide margin.

Damn the cold, this was hot and one of Jeff's best 'Birds solo. May seem overly simple but there was a lot of technique join' on and innovation by him on this track for 1965.

Can I settle this for once and for all. Marty Schwartz must be related to the salty Schwartz company that was founded in 1841 to sell coffee in Nova Scotia and to this day specialize successfully in a wide range of condiments. But the cosmic irony of that, for a family steeped in spice, is that Marty is a rather bland and a technically limited guitar player unlike PT whose ability to play any genre of music accurately is unfathomable . In football parlance PT is Bronchos, Marty is Jaguars.

True for me as well, suddenly a lot of things made better sense after doing those lessons.

Some of his Yardbirds work is still my favourite guitar playing. But I still don't know his 70's material very well.

Can you please do Undecided by the Masters Apprentices? There isn't a decent cover on youtube.

I love this. Is this Clapton or Beck version of the Yardbirds. I saw that it is on their EP from 1965 and I read Clapton left in March 65. So Beck?

Yeah but could the dress play Mose Alison covers?

Sam Lauser

He was 20 to 30 years ahead of his time IMO.

Always loved this tune. Thanks. You did a smashing job on it.

Yes, but what did the dress sound like?

I honestly don't know a thing about him. People always mention his name in the comments for my videos, so that's the only reason I know who he is. I'm sure he's a fine player, though.

Do you think Marty is a good player or not? Or just a normal teacher like any other one?

If you listen closely, you can hear the other guitar is just hitting the C/F/G chords (with that G# to G bit toward the end, same as the intro).
