Im Free At Last by Hank Williams Sr.

I'm Free At Last from love and all its' worries

I'm Free because you wanted it that way

Now you can go but there's no need to hurry

'Cause ne'er again will I ask you to stay.

So run along, I know that you don't want me

So many times you've proved that in the past

After you're gone, when mem'ries come to haunt me

I'll hide my tears and say I'm Free At Last. I'm Free At Last don't ask me why I'm cryin'

Strange as it seems, somehow I love you yet

Don't say you care, you know that you'll be lying

Don't hurt me more, show my heart some respect.

Oscarshwartz: Contradictory to what you said,Hank Williams was NOT the sad and lonely,self-destructive man, everyone claims,he was! It was only in the last few months of his life, that Hank entered the depths of despair! Most of the time(and a lot of his friends and family would say the same thing),Hank was very happy, upbeat and loved to joke and kid around, even playing practical jokes,on his band members! Lots of people don't remember his self deprecating humor,in his shows or the jokes he would tell onstage! Everybody, seems to remember a belligerent drunk, rather than the genius or,that he would give donations to orphanages or donations in secret,to Catholic Churches, not being one, himself! Hank Jr,has spent a lot of his life ,just to dispel, all the myths and rumors,so I truly hope, people reading this, will come away knowing that Hank Williams, was more than a fall-down drunk, bent on self-destruction! Thanks ! ;)

It sketches a story, a lament from the depths and a cry of useless hope. Please have a listen to the cover by The The.

This guy looks like a Texas cowboy. Look at that white hat. Remember, the good guys always wore white hats.

I thought I'd heard every song Hank had sung, but I missed this one. I have to state something unpleasant. ALL White countries and ONLY White countries are being flooded with non-whites, and Whites are forced to integrate with them so as to "assimilate," i.e. intermarry and be blended out of existence. That's genocide under U.N. definition. The persons carrying out this genocide of Whites say they're anti-racist. What they are is anti-white! Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white!

I have people tell me that listening to this beautiful music depresses them so. I have had people ask me how I can listen to it. I tell them that it helps me appreciate the fact that my existence is not near a bad as it could be.
