This was pretty tame compared to when I saw him in two back to back shows at the Victory Burlesque Theatre in Toronto in 1974. In the first show he jumped off the stage in front of a woman who'd been squirting him with a squirt gun, grabbed her by the hair and spit in her face. Later he accidentally knocked the microphone stand off the stage on to my head. He said "Sorry!" In the second show, at one point he jumped off the stage and crawled onto my lap. He's a tiny man.
