It took my a few listens to "get it." And the little white tabs certainly helped open my ears. 1986. Saw them live in '90 or '91. Glorious. Always magnificent.

To that end, perhaps more new fans with burgeoning interest may, just may, coax the Cocteau Twins back into the studio at least. I won't hold my breath though. Its just a crack pipe dream..... But, what a dream, eh?

HenryWaltonJones...... The Cocteau Twins weren't criminally ignored: They were one of the most highly, critically acclaimed bands of the late 20th century. Although, that didn't serve to make them any easier to deal with; be thankful they were at least prolific - we've their output to enjoy. Previously of tge same opinion as yourself, regarding secrecy. However, as I approach the Autumn of my life, I find myself yearning to hear new Cocteau Twins recordings plus, hear them live on stage.

When I was teenager I heard of them and laughed. I listened to the cure, the cult etc. I compared the name of the group to parrot twins. Now some several years later, I gave then a chance.My jaw dropped, and I cursed all the long years. I never tire of them ever. I need a variety, yet they never bore or disappoint ever, timeless perfect addictive music. Thank you twins.
