Friends immediately rallied round him with 2 benefit concerts to raise money for his treatment and provide for his children ... The 1st concert, "Night Of The Hunter," was held in February 1998 at the Palais Theatre in St. Kilda ... The 2nd benefit concert titled 'Good Vibrations' was staged soon after in Sydney on the 27th March 1998 at Selina's at Coogee Bay Hotel, and the 'Good Vibrations' concert proved to be an even more memorable event ... The concerts featured some of Australia's Leading Rock Musicians together with Awesome All Star Bands of Rock Legends performing classic Dragon songs and other material to mark the occasions ... Sadly Marc passed away 17/7/1998.
