Those who think this song sucks obviously don't get what it's about. To me what this song is about is how the world has changed so badly that it's completely lost it's shape.

This is one of those songs that keep running through your head, over and over. Only 12 unique lines, but still pretty deep. Thought he was pretty awesome in the 70s, but even more so now. "There's too much information but not enough to go on." I rest my case.

@spudcustardx1 When I saw him live five times throu the 70's I always thought he was singing that line from "All the Young Dudes' about the guy in the glasses to me. Still love the man and his music: hope to somehow catch him on his North American Tour on at present. And I got my new guitar this past week just to play songs like this: Thank You Mr Hunter.
