Its about a time when any decent band could come through and play to a sold out rocking house. Some bands gave the best performances of their lives there. I should know i was in some of those audiences. We just loved rock n roll and and went out and proved it.That was our thing. Now? I dont know about know. Look at music these days. Live musics mostly a freakin joke. A computerized backing track to some bimbo who wants to be a star, but who should be back singing into her hairbrush? No thanks.

@ZanessaForever45: That's all probably true. Years ago, if a rock band could make it in Cleveland they could make it anywhere. The music fan in Cleveland is discriminating in taste. It was fitting that it is the home to Rock and Roll's Hall of Fame. Ian Hunter is great. I saw him in Mott the Hoople in Philly in 1970. They opened for the Who.
