I'm covering the low E string, muting the A string, and covering the D/G strings. I hammer the D on and off from 12 to 10, then the G gets hammered on and off from 11 to 10. If you end up hitting the B string, that's OK as it's part of the minor 7th chord. The climb up at 11 seconds is octaves on the E and D strings with the A string muted.

Are you barring the A and D strings at the 10th fret in the beginning of the song and then hammering onto the 12th? Then after that what're you doing?
