I just realized I was there. I was 18 years old and spending the summer in London. I met Tim Sommer in the lobby and he invited me backstage to meet the band. most star-struck I'd ever been. They were great.

Mimi Goese is definately one of my all time favorite singers/performers!!! I was stunned to see footage of this really obscure band, but then everything is on UTube these days! Hahn Rowe, the electric violinist in this footage, went on to tour/play out with Clint Ruin's band Foetus, whom I have seen twice in Chicago, and once in Minneapolis. That was back in the early 1990's. Thanks for posting this!

wow - thankyou! I remember watching this when it was broadcats! Also on were Durutti Column and David Byrne doing the Civil Wars (with a brass band!) Brilliant brilliant show and shaped my musical tastes!!! Do you have any more of the show?
