MTV may have been a big help for a lot of bands to make it in the industry but I also think that they became a hindrance to a considerable number of less-MTV-material-less-TV-ready bands from making it in the music scene. sad.

@heyjudette this IS an amazing song...my guess is these guys would have gone a lot farther if they could have been played on MTV, but sadly they weren't quite good enough looking for a channel that cares more about imagery than actual music...what are ya gonna do?

@thesaleslady ...Indeed true, this video was converted from a VHS tape that one of the band members had retained as the only known copy in their possession. Time damaged it considerably, probably magnetized on one side of the reel, you can hear the quality "oscillate" as the damaged spots run over the playback heads.
