Is that a rain coat? Yes it is!In '87, Huey released this, Fore!, their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "Hip to be Square", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of conformity, and the importance of trends, it's also a personal statement about the band itself.HEY PAUL!!!!

Does anyone know what digital organ or keyboard Sean Hopper used on Hip to be Square and what kind of Drums Bill Gibson uses?

One of the best live bands ever. Never had to resort to cheap light shows, pyrotechnics, etc. Just got up there and played their hearts out.

That was so cool for Dwight Clark to do vocals in the end.

San Francisco in the 80's. Huey Lewis and the New, Journey, Santana, Tower of Power, and the Forty Fucking Niners! How I miss those times.

when Sports came out in '83, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically.
