Great song but let me remind you guys that Woody did not write this song. The original writer was Goebel Reeves (probably spelled wrong)

Reading through the comments I can see that some need to read some history about hobos. There is a difference in hobos and bums/tramps. During the great depression the hobos were often soldiers trying to get home and would work to get from town to town. Bums, tramps . would not work.
