I am empowered that my interest — anime and piano — is worth doing. It's worth something to be an anime fan, it's worth something to be a pianist, even when others tell you you wont succeed in it.

I managed to do what I love even though I never had the chance to learn music theory or classical piano lessons. If I apply to a music conservatory right now, they would reject me because I don't have enough "experience" or "skill". But here I am, a musician on YouTube as a job and career and I couldn't be more thankful for it.

The point is, these negative opinions about us, about anime, about piano, will never go away. It just wont, because that's how the world works. Instead, we should accept that these opinions exist, and we should be proud of our passion regardless. People can mock, scoff, and sneer at what we love, but they will not stop it.

Do what you love, don't let others bring you down and never give up.
