It is too bad Leroy Gomez quit after only one Santa Esmeralda album. "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" was a big hit album, and the best Santa Esmeralda album, with 4 great songs. Jimmy Goings was an OK singer but not as good as Gomez. But fans of Santa Esmeralda had to live with the replacement.15 years назад

This is NOT Leroy Gomez singing; this was his replacement, Jimmy Goings. Gomez got big-headed with the first album, bailed and quickly went into obsurity, while Goings sang on a half-dozen more Santa Esmeralda albums. Talk about a bad career move by Gomez!16 years назад
