The song is more than likely inspired by Kreator's People of the Lie where Carcass used the chorus from. It's not a "rip off" more of a tribute. Shit tonnes of metal bands do it and I don't understand what the problem is as long as it sounds good. In music, you will get bands borrowing riffs/parts here and there and put their own twist on it. Now, if the band came out and said "No, it's our own creation" then yes, it would be a rip off but they haven't, and I am sure they know that loads of people wouldn't believe them if they did anyway as they know it's more of a throw back to some of their favourites than anything else.
