Heartless Bastards is an American garage rock band formed in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2003. They are often compared to fellow Ohioans The Black Keys. On November 17, 2011, the band announced they had signed with Brooklyn based Partisan Records to release their fourth album Arrow on Valentines Day 2012 (February 14).
