The SONG: "SAND" is about a person who passed away. The person had a touch (smile) which Ann and Nancy remember (STAR-light did gleam), and thus, they wrote this song. A time (a moment) may not happen for everyone, but a time (a moment) does usually happen for someone ... to carry-on life, while life is.
