I don't find it ironic. Irony means unexpected or coincidental. It's not unexpected for singers to write songs about their life experiences. If Yulia did have an abortion, then she's not the only person to sing about it. Freshmen by Verve Pipe is a guy singing about how his girlfriend's abortion affected them both. Brick by Bens Fold Five is about the same thing. I think it's courageous and helpful for well-known groups to talk about their life experiences.

@Wickytoria idk. I want to believe it was just a rumor, but I think it might be true. I had read something like that too. Apparently she was seen coming out an abortion clinic. So...it's sad, and like you said, ironic to the song. But hey, she's human + i still love her
