GURU JOSH PROJECT

Last year the Frankfurt based record label BigCityBeats succeeded to cause the biggest dance sensation since many years: for many weeks the Guru Josh Project was blocking the top position of the European Billboard single charts with their über-hit Infinity 2008. Besides numerous Gold and Platinum Records from all over Europe and Canada the tune was just honoured as Best House / Garage Track at the International Dance Music Awards 2009 in Miami. The official video clip at YouTube has been watched amazingly for over 64 million times and is one of the most favoured YouTube music clips globally.

Of course a hymn like Infinity 2008 raised the bar sky high for all ambitions to follow up to this. Since they did not want to disappoint the expectations of their fans, the guys from the Guru Josh Project took thier time to present a well considered and well engineered new single. For this purpose they gather once again a bunch of recent high grade producers and remixers to assist them to follow Infinitys mighty footsteps.

The main version an electro house bomb extraordinaire was crafted by Niels Van Gogh and Dave Ramone. Niels Van Gogh made some noise last year with his remix of Deliriums Silence which topped both the German Dance Charts and Beatport sale charts plus won the award for Best Progressive House Track at Beatport. The second remix to keep an eye on comes from Funkerman well know for his major hit Speed Up and running the worlwide renowned label Flamingo Recordings with his partner Fedde Le Grand. More mixes are contributed by Nick Corline (Sweet Dreams), Marc Lime & K Bastian (new signing on Kontor) and the Guru Josh Project members Darren Bailie and Snakebyte themselves.
