I like pretty much everything Grieves has put out thus far, but i find his album Together/Apart to be especially connective to many aspects of my life. Then again, he wrote most of that album with the intent of the listener being able to identify with it, the fact that most of the songs are life issues he is or has dealt with and are common triggers for emotion in music for many people shows that he has a talent for making music that touches his fans and listeners hearts.

If you mean just the speed... Try "Bloody Poetry" or "Lightspeed" He's more of the deep emotional rapper type, so he doesn't get super fast... but I think those two songs should match what you're looking for.
