I believe everyone has a taste in music. But when you begin to listen to something you don't like, and you only listen to it because it's what others listen to, THAT'S when you have no taste in music. But I prefer songs that have a deeper meaning to them, like this. I rather dislike pop because most pop music is about sex, parties, and getting high. There's no real meaning to that. But then again, it's all about opinion and taste, so I'm not gonna hate on someone because of what music they like.

Are you implying that popular artists are not talented?Because that's what I hear.The music industry today is no better or worse than it was in the recent past.And souless,faceless entity?Pop music is not evil.It may not be to your taste,the majority likes it.It's sickening to see people damn pop like it's the ringtone of the Devil.It's not.And it isn't only the industry to blame for these artists,it is the consumers.In the end WE decide what WE want on the radio.It has,&always will be that way.

True,but you have took look at this:Music IS an industry.It's not like back in the then where you could travel as a bard,strumming your guitar and singing love songs and getting enough money to squeeze by.Today music has become an industry and because of that,far more complicated.Musicians who love what they do want to sell,and if that means compromising themselves,go for it.Because after they reach that fame, everything they do will be according to THEIR agenda.I see nothing to resent.

I hate all this crap about 'real music'.Music is music,whether you like it or not.The reason why those people are on the radio,is because they are popular.I'm sure they worked hard to get where they are.You don't have to like their music,but you are displaying the utmost disrespect by claiming they don't make 'real music'.
