David H. thats actually untrue, if you compare the newest translations of the Bible even just to the KJV (this includes the NIV, NKJV, ESV almost every modern translation) it has changed the meanings of words and deleted entire passages. Does this mean KJV is the end all? no in fact, i encourage everyone to go to the source material, read the bible in Hebrew or Greek. ohh youre crazy joshua! noone reads hebrew or greek. true, but you can get Interlinear translations, which are just direct translations of each word from greek or hebrew to english. they even have a free version on biblehub.com. The Word has been changed and the protestant "reformation" didnt go back to the original all they did was throw off the pay to be saved teachings.

This is one song I could listen to over and over and never get tired of! God's Presence is near every time I hear it. This garabage was inboxed to me I did not search this out. So why remove my comments when all I did was to respond, If you dont agree fine but I have backed up all of my thoughts with logic. My hole problem was with the wording of the song not your faith. After trying to have a real conversation, people start miss quoting squripture at me, now for the last time I HAVE READ BIBLEs multiple versions.

Also, God did not come down to earth and write a book, but the authors of the books in the Bibles were all divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16) However, God DID come down to earth to die on a cross for us so we could have a relationship with Him. I hope it clears up some misunderstandings. I encourage you to critically read the Bible for yourself. I suggest you check out carm.org also, its a Christian website that answers a lot of tough questions asked by people. God bless.

God cannot be comprehended is in essence saying that you can't fathom all of God. You can't fathom all of infinity. Sure, infinity is a concept you can understand, but we can't fathom with our mind something that goes on forever. We can barely understand how the universe works, how can we expect to comprehend God, right? I know that there is only one true God because of what the Bible says and the history backing up the validity of the Bible. Don't take my word for it, read it yourself too.

The Christian Bible's content has not changed. the only thing that has changed is the translations of it which in essence says the same thing just with different words (e.g. to say your day was great would be the same as to say your day was fantastic). Yes, Jesus was God's son, however I don't really know where you are getting this "no scripts to his title just chinese wispers from romans" thing. There is a lot of evidence for the existence of Jesus even in ancient documents.
