So I guess bands like Bathory and Celtic Frost and Black Sabbath all suck too by that definition. Technicality doesn't make music good or bad, I mean look at Dragonforce, they're fucking awful. Bands that write super techy riffs just for the sake of being techy all sound alike and are boring because there's no real substantial creative thought put into the music, making it sound... Soulless.. haha
