I only chanced upon this song recently. I lost my mom two years ago and words can't even begin to describe how I feel. I'm at a loss without her. The day I lost her plunged me into extreme darkness. I need her light and listening to this song made me feel a little closer to her. Love you mom, wherever you are. I know you would have loved this song.

It's a beautiful song and it does invoke alot of thoughts on loved ones who have passed. I lost my oldest son at age 30 on 5/25/1999. He was murdered. While I miss my mother, brothers and even my 2nd ex husband after they passed I got to say goodbye. Murder is different. No warning, no goodbyes. I hope this song helps you all find peace.
