I saw them play at the Troubadour in Hollywood back in '99. When they played this song, Euros said it was about Christina Aguilera. He was laughing the whole time too so I dunno if it was really meant to be about her. They were STELLAR live and I got to talk to the whole band after the show!!!! They were all in a little side room just before exiting selling merch and I just walked up to them and started chatting. Everybody missed out who went to the show because they were just standing there waiting for fans. One of my favorite band moments ever and they were all so very nice. I miss this band dearly.

I love the sensation of not knowing a band when you hear them the first time. Not knowing the face behind the voice, the year it was created, the drummers name, or even the legacy. Just some meaningful sound with no association. I found this experience here... I then went and bought a couple albums and I understand the history... Boy, how that effects my realization and understanding of the sounds. I think I prefer the lack of association in this case.
