saw them in '73 as the opener for Springsteen at Drew University in Madison, NJ. Brucie boy didn't show so the Rats played their set twice. No matter, a great, great band.

Friggin love the Rats!!!!! Used to see them in the late seventies in all the bars in staten Island and New Jersey and Long Island. In fact, my buddies and i were there the night they recorded Live at Last @ My Fathers Place on L.I. . Thissong brought back great memories of good times.

I saw them at Club 300 in Ramsey, Circus Circus in Bergenfield, Bergen Community College and at the Capitol Theater in Passaic. They were one of the best bands around. Why they never made it bigger is a mystery to me!
