I first heard this when I was like 15 or 16. Im now 25 going on 26. I have depression, I lost my brother to suicide last year, he suffered from depression too. This song gave me hope, gave me reasons to not end my life when i was younger, it still does today. Especially "Its ok to get help, you're going to miss out on so much".. I'm glad I'm still here even if its meant I've had to suffer the heartbreak of losing my brother. I put off getting help for over 10 years. But its ok to get help, I'd have missed out on so many bad experiences.. but i've had missed out on countless more good ones. Please. Anyone who is suffering in silence. Speak to your doctor. Get help. Don't give in! The world is full of assholes... Don't let them win!

Words can't explain how this song made me feel. Those of you who are suffering. I know it seems that you have no hope left and you can't get through this but it will get better. Before you scroll past this comment, please read the rest. you've probably heard that before but let me explain. okay so think about the day you were born to now.A lot has changed,right? my point is the moment you are in right now won't last forever, your life isn't going to be like this forever, it will change, right now it might feel like there is this huge wall in front of you and you can't get past it, but if you keep on pushing it, it will fall.
