Should say *Neither* Ford, nor Shelby ever made them. You could not buy a 67 Eleanor from a dealership, ever. They are fictional cars, reproduced for fans of the movies and the body style - Like the General Lee, if you will.

No, I mean never. Eleanors were created for the films only. Both the 73 Eleanor, and the 67. They are aftermarket cars. Ford, nor Carrol Shelby ever made them. Many knock-off 67's get made every year, and there are many appearance packages you can buy to make your own or make a newer Mustang look like an Eleanor, but very few shops licensed to make 67 Eleanors available to the public. Those that do use a Dynacorn body, so you are, in essence, getting a 'new' Mustang.

u mean the hottest Mustang ever made so far I know Shelby allowed to make a small series of this cars like this car it call Shelby GT 500 E for (Eleanor) and so far I know exist in the USA tuning companys that restore old Mustangs and build ur own Eleanor
