It was the fall of 1965. I had left L.A. and was heading to Salt Lake City to take over the morning show on KMOR radio. I had driven to Tucsopn to visit an old friend and then headed north. As I traveled along, I had to keep searching for radio stations to listen to. I heard this song about 6 times during that trip, so it brings back a flood of memories about being young and taking on a new adventure. Truly, the best memories of all, being young and chasing the dream/

Thank you for posting one of my favorite songs! I own this album, two copies I believe, but my turntable is sadly in need of major repair. I also have many old Bing Crosby albums, and I agree, they are both great whistlers.

@verycoolsound Actually a big part of whistling in songs is Russian. They do that alot in Russian songs and folk songs
