its strange how they will never top the 'spice girls'... i just think maybe its because the spice girls preached the whole 'girl power' thing and it took over the world..... I don't know what they would have to do to match them? but as they say can't beat the classics... just like the saturdays can't top girls aloud.... strange.

The thing with GA is that, although Nadine has an amazing voice, these could really be any five girls. Xenomania is 98.9% responsible for their greatness.

GA are much better than spice girls and PCD yeah they are more known but that means jack shit! more people like GA over in the UK..c'mon name 1 spice girls song and sing the verse/chorus! i dont even know any titles tbh.. i just know "zig a zig aa" lol but EVERYBODY in britain can sing a GA verse/chorus! I'm sorry to say but they aren't. Guys I don't REALLY seem to understand what I'm saying. I do LOVE GA! They are one of, if no the best girlband we have nowadays. However, they are NOT promoted outside UK. That's a fact! While the Spice Girls (being them better OR NOT!) were and still are more famous than them all over the world because they were an international band (with clips, tours and whatever reaching all the countries in world).

Yeah I know. I am brazilian. You don't seem to have understand what I said. I meant that GA are not promoted in any other country but UK. They are known by dutch, brazilians, americans and people from other country through youtube and other different ways. But we don't really have their video clips in our MTV or channels of this kind neither tours.

GA BLOW Spice skanks away. Victoria Beckham can't even come close in comparison to Cheryl Cole in ANY way...musical talent or looks. GA may not be popular here in the US but they SHOULD be.

You must be british, aren't you? Because GA aren't known anywhere but UK. While Spice Girls were and ARE known all over he world. Spice's songs are sang by lots of people everyday even after 10 years. This makes them a bigger band than GA, not necessarily a better one, but certainly bigger.

I disagree. Compared to the career Girls Aloud have had so far, Spice Girls are now a forgotten shadow and a one hit wonder in comparision to Girls Aloud and their legacy! :D

I agree to a certain extent, Girls Aloud are really good but Spice Girls are also and they are legends. You cannot underrate them principally Emma and Melanie C who are really gifted people.
