This video is wonderful, its a shame that bullying wasn't seen as an issue when i was in middle/high school. The fact that bullying was seen as "part of school life" was enough to make me feel alone, I was the one with the problem not the bullies. I'm now 30yo and antisocial, afraid and paranoid of large groups and can't hold meaningful relationships with anyone. Every day i feel alone.

The Foods we eat IMO have a major impact on our Mental State. Our Mind and body must work as One. Anyone who has any mental issues I urge you to go GMO free as quickly as you can. Stay away from All Processed Foods! Wash fruit and veggies with Dawn Dish soap , soak veggies in salt water for 15 Mins before cooking. Cook fruits when you can. Reaching has shown me these things that must be done in order to protect yourself from further harm in the Mind. Lithium is Metal a Scientist friend tells me Never take Metal for anything in your mind. He yelled "what are these Doctors thinking" passing this on for I do now understand what this is about. Proper diet and Exercise is the best Remedy for what we suffer from usually not all of us are the same "thanks whatever's out there". Most Doctors push Pills on us and younger children, tell our family "this will make them better" wrong in my case did more Harm having Doctors force Mental drugs on me for Allergies. I am so proud of all those Who don't ever give in to the doubt they are not Worthy for All of us are No matter what the Outer shell of us are made like.
