Huh. The version on one of his CD's that I have has omitted the whole gambling verse. I wonder why. Kinda sucks to know that since it's one of my favorite CD's for driving. But I sure do love the way George hits the flat notes in this song perfectly.

I've never heard this version.I'd heard it without the card game reference many times and that was a touch faster and simpler arrangement too,fwiw.Thanks for sharing.

But strange... In the lyrics on the internet doesn't show up the lyrics that start at 1:22 where is "I've been known times to gamble?" Anybody knows what's after that? "And to cheating with you?" "and me even"? "I stack a day when this time you're the dealer, I'm the world worst loser, only the other end? Anyone can figure this out for me?
