It's a shame that this album was recorded on a potato.This great music deserved much better production. Funny enough, their previous album (Acquiring the Taste) had the best sound quality of any release by the band.

Nonono...I loved both Gentle Giant AND (early) The Damned. I had all GG LPs, and now I have them on CD, plus tons of extra (mostly bad sounding) stuff in boxes, DVDs...

Too few people have even heard of this; one of the greatest prog bands ever! I feel lucky to have hung with a group of friends who love this as much as I do... How else can you speak to someone about Octopus, or Acquiring the Taste etc etc? GG one of the few groups better live than their already splendid studio albums.
