I appreciate Genesis, but this song can easily strike a nerve. I would never sing this song Karaoke or play it with the window down. The song sounds good, but can come off as hurtful to people of Mexican Ethnicity (IMHO). I want to marry a Mexican Lady, they are beautiful and a SUPER TURN ON!!!

I was living in L.A. when this song and "Born In East L.A." by Cheech and Chong came out. Both videos were very funny. They don't even bother to learn English. If you try to talk to them, they just give you a blank stare. Derp derp derpy derp.

I have been a longtime Genesis fan since Hector was a pup--seriously, they could sing the phone book and it would still be a great number!This video was made 30 years ago...Phil and the guys have always been ahead of their times...they were kind of lucky;back in 1983 "political correctness" was still a ways away... the movie "Song of the South" was playing at nearby theaters and I was able to catch it...I was in kindergarten.Now, that movie has somehow made the "blacklist" or something because I cannot find it on dvd!64 viewers ought to realize that the only thing Phil, Mike and Tony were guilty of is being hilarious...
