Believe it or not! The was a record played on Buffao, N.Y radio constantly! I liked it because I was a fan of the late Teresa Brewer, and this definitely sounded like her! Didn't like the guy's voice at all 'cause to me it sounded like he was singing into a kazoo! About a year later I found out that Jamie and Jane were Gene Pitney and Ginny Arnell! I have a record by Gene under the name Billy Bryant not Bryan. Did he record under both of those names? Anyway; they are both great singers! Joe

Ginny is a friend of mine and her CD should be out sometime soon. She has contributed to the liner notes from what she has said. The CD will also contain the Japanese version of Dumbhead.

Absolutely brilliant and the first time I heard this though I have the Ginny Arnell CD-earliest item on this is her Decca recording of We. Gene Pitney was Jamie and she was Janie.After that Gene became Billy Blaze before reverting back to his real name.Ginny went on to become a minor one hit wonder on MGM but she has a stunning voice part Teresa Brewer and part Peggy Little. When Pitney died last year I was as angry as Goddamn-we get left with crap like ---(fill in your own punkfunkmetaljunk)
