Very nice radio rendition of the song from the recording-ban era. Always think of my late mother when I hear Frankie's heyday recordings, but only in the context that Mom was ever the maverick, swimming upstream from popular opinion, and while all the bobby-soxers were passing out in the aisles over Old Blue Eyes, Mom was fonder of the voices of Perry Como, Dick Haymes and others. I admit I prefer Frankie's Columbia era records to his Capitol and Reprise label days.
