Frank's could be the best vocal version of this great song. His timber is great (he must've smoked three packs the day before ). Only drawbacks : a little over orchestrated and the weird way pronounces Emily

This is not the version from the Softly As I Leave You album, but rather a later version recorded on March 9, 1977, found on The Complete Reprise Studio Recordings box set. The original version from the album was recorded on October 3, 1964. Both were arranged and conducted by Nelson Riddle.
