Dude/Dudette. :3 Simmer down. I get what you're saying. To answer your question, I believe that no one is right or wrong. We are free to believe whatever or whoever we want. However, this song does suggest that the God she subscribed to is rather cruel. <.< but if you think of it secularily(not a word) it's about a girl who died for her beliefs despite a promised death.

so then who's right and who's wrong? can gods word be interpretted differently? Then what is the word of god? nothing but empty words. so then what is god trying to tell us? One person might interpret it as if he's telling us to kill in his name. or another person might think he's telling us to be killed in his name and never resort to violence. after all "cassie" is a song glorifying a girl who destroyed her entire life for a one word answer, correct? who is god then?

I'm going to be honest with you. I love Flyleaf and I do agree that sometimes because of sound or whatever she may be off key or SOUND off key. Therefore if she was off key I would completely agree with you because there is no denying singing out of key. But she isn't. And just because I'm a fan, does not mean I'm in denial. Her voice just has a different sound in this particular acoustic session probably from overuse or whatever. It's not the best but it's damn amazing. Why don't you sing it?

No she isn't. She sang it in the same exact key as the original acoustic version. Don't fuck with me on this. You can compare the two versions. Her voice just sounds different than in the original and that can affect the sound of a pitch.
