ehhh this isint the best deathcore in my opinion if your looking for some good deathcore a trust unclean is a really good band impending doom thats all i got not really into deathmetal/core all that much.

Screaming does hurt when done incorrectly. However, when you know how to do it, it's really easy and doesn't damage your throat. And it is hard to understand what they're saying early on, but you eventually get a trained ear and are able to understand the lyrics. I'm glad you've taken the oppurtunity to explore :)
