BTW, can definitely appreciate the reverbed vocals on that nearing the end of the of the track. Seriously the experimentations in sound even so minute during this period of music are just so phenomenal especially since those became appropriated and used by producers all over since then. But the dub experimentation really lends itself to disco and ofcourse dub reggae. I mean, hence the reason they had those disco 12"s with the dubs and the whole dub mixes on house records nearing the late eighties and early nineties.

Man, this song is turnt. Okay, I saw Jamie XX do a guest appearance DJ set at the good ole' Bossa Nova Civic Club in Brooklyn and he played this jam. It really made me think of all of those times as a DJ that loves disco that it was hard for me to admit that this song was always tough cause as a guy's perspective this seems kind of flamboyant for a straight dude to be enjoying a song about women getting over their mans and shyt but the DJ and music appreciater in me can definetely proudly state that this song is bomb! I mean if you dig the funk and grooves and stuff you cannot tell me this song is not hot.
