What a red-hot film that was and still is. The definition of fun.I still remember the first time I saw it.For the entire film, the wide-eyed smile only ever left my face long enough for me to say things like "Wow!", "Whoa", "ha ha ha ha" or "Yeah!" A film so richly enjoyable that it could honestly and properly be described as thrilling. We were soaked in fun, laughter and amazement and THEN, this happened.And as we watched the actors take thier seats it seemed that we, the cinema audience had been joined by the audience of actors in the film and that we all sat together to enjoy this totally surprising and powerful performance and the camera showed the same wrapt expressions on the actors faces as were on the faces of the real cinema audience. So unexpected and it made for a soaring and breathtaking punctuation point in the movie and it's one of the most immersive experiences I've had in a cinema. A moment of actual elation. Rare.Recommended to watch on Bluray and with high quality headphones.
