well an owner can't block somethang dat has already been sellin' or available worldwide! therefore DMCA is responsible 4 alot of unnecessary blocked uploads dat are not supposed 2 be blocked! there's way too many false copyright clams and false copyright grounds da shouda been fixed years ago and dat problem still hasen't been fixed! i understand about tha copyright infringement prob but isn't it also copyright infringement if da content/owner ids and grounds are false? i say yes!

Stupid copyright claims is pretty dependent on the situation. I have to agree that most times corporations, especially on the net, like to challenge the border between actual harm and "fair use". While it is important for intellectual property to be protected (like patents, copyrights, etc) at some level, the digital age poses the question between normally reselling things bought one-time and infinitely redistributing content that took resources to produce. And THAT is the root of the evil.

That question is stupid. The poster didn't put the ads up. Youtube did. And youtube did it to keep the producers from removing the music. You have a choice. You can suffer an ad or two or this can be taken down. I used to be a musician. I would NEVER have played for you fuckers for free lol...

I think this is where youtube copyright claims come into play most times. I'm not complaining, because when you can listen to the fatboy you get it where you can, but making money on other's work is definitely of question for morality.
