@eslinca yes maybe this song doesnt, though i think its about more than just the middle ages but how preachers in general sell their church, but their song delusion clearly does put a negative light on religion

can't imagine why these fucking lyrics can be subject to such a stupid argument... it's clearly about the middle-age indulgences form the church, but it doesn't say anything about which is the fucking right or wrong religion... that's ALL one can tell about the lyrics.. everything else such as what mathias or anybody else tried to say trhu this song is up to them.. and everyone here who claimed to know what the lyrics say just looked like a fool to me..

That's what I said. Mathias has been in a Christian play (not that that assuredly makes him Christian. And Stefan writes the music and lyrics, not Mathias. Here's a quote from Stefan: "It's not like I'm trying to give people my views or anything it was just a part of the history. Some bands try to jam everything evil and bad into the lyrics and it comes out sounding very phony." Most of the songs are speaking out against the Catholics. WTF are you on?

WTF are You on mate? It's about how the church sells christianity and claim it's the only choice. The lyrics. ""Bring me all your treasures, I'll grant you my love. Buy yourself a dream or a chance to redeem."" and ""showing you the light, that now is for sale. Don't you hesitate, but buy yourself a Grail."" Mathius, as most other swedes are Atheists Quite a few of Falconer's songs are speaking out against religion, try reading the lyrics instead of making up Your own.
