Okay like so many of you wonderful people out there that are over weight and ashamed of your self i am with you. In truth i think very few people are happy with their bodies. For me it was like one morning i looked in the mirror and said who the hell is that. Then the light bulb went off it's me. So a little about me I am a 37 year old mother of 5 children here and 1 in heaven. I am a recovering drug addict(3years 7months clean)! I know pass the judgment many do, but it puts true to the phrase walk a mile in my shoes. I am also a food addict, sex addict, and an addict of anything that says life destruction. I was raised being told I was never good enogh and i finally believed it. Well not anymore I am starting to see finally i deserve happiness and i'm worth something my life is worth something. So I am starting this wonderful Life Journey before the new year. I am going to clean out all the negative people in my life and replace them with positive people even if that means starting over from scratch leaving everyone I have held onto for security vs love. A friend told me I must start Blogging so I will be held accountable for my promises to myself and my children. So here i am venting to you and it is you who is reading this that will hold me to my actions and promises, thank you for giving me your courage and strength. I think i have found my Saving Grace! New beginings!
