After 21 years in the very same city where the contest will take place, i just wish and hope the spirit of 'Olou tou kosmou i elpida' and it's good placing to have an impact in this year's entry 'Alcohol is free'.

Greece 1977, Cyprus 1982, Greece 1992 and Cyprus 1997. Greece 2001 did make the top 3, but it was also partly sung in English.

Well, at least it was Greece's first top 5 entry for fifteen years and their second one up to that point. It's also one of the only four entries in the Greek language, which has ever made the top 5.
