A great song, but to respond to a comment made below by a Gabe Loggins, I've seen the original score, the one from the late 15th century, and there's no percussion written in. And there is no need to "surmise", there are internationally recognized standards for the pronunciation of Latin, as regulated by the Pontifical Academy in the Vatican City, which you would know if you were as religious and educated as you claim to be.
