TL,DR: What is your opinion on pirating music if the user/fan has plans to buy everything from the band when they can afford it, and its not BS they have a history of doing this?I want honest opinions here. Hypothetically speaking, Someone downloading the Enter Shikari discography right now but so far they have enjoyed everything I have They have heard. Lets say they are currently broke but they start a new job wednesday and they prefer to shop at local record stores and prefer to buy vinyls and CDs than to buy online and they usually buy everything the record store has on a certain band they are interested in. Do you think it is wrong for them to download the discography until they can afford to buy it? Personally I am torn on this. I have discovered many bands through ummm not so legitimate sources and have ended up buying everything the band has produced both the band originally discovered and all their side projects (pinback is the one I am thinking of in particular) I have even ought some albums, EPs, and vinyls twice just to buy it once from a local shop to support them and a second time from the bands merch table at concerts. Hell I even bought every shirt and almost bought every shirt twice when I needed a different size (went from a large to medium.. then back to a large. fat america!). BUT I have also discovered bands through youtube or other sources then downloaded everything and decided I didnt like their music and never bought any of it. So I am just wondering how others feel about this.

They preach freedom and liberty from the shackles of traditionalism and dogmatism. They admire science and its method. They are extremely human and seem to enjoy exploration and promote curiosity.
