Hän katsoi maan reunalta tähteä putoavaaNyt kauniit kasvot neitosen peittää karu maaJokaisen täytyy katsoa silmiin totuudenSillä aika ompi voittoisa, mut' tämä maa on ikuinenU

Hän katsoi maan reunalta tähteä putoavaaNyt kauniit kasvot neitosen peittää karu maaJokaisen täytyy katsoa silmiin totuudenSillä aika ompi voittoisa, mut' tämä maa on ikuinen[x2][English translation]He gazed the falling star from the edge of the worldNow the face of the maiden is covered by rough landEveryone has to look in the eyes of the truthBecause the time is victorious, but this land is eternalThere's a place in the North, far far awayHome for the wandering manDreaming fields with skies so paleCalm is the glorious landFlames will send the sign to the skyThat we have come to feast tonightThe lakes are echoing with our songEnchantment of the fire and moonLost in the whispering nightThe raven's magic enthralls the woodsCrawling in the sweet starlightWe have gathered in this distant landFull of wisdom, secrets and talesThe morning will never rise againRoaming wolves are howling for the deadRoaming wolves are howling for the dead!Oh yea!LAI LAI HEI!Hän katsoi maan reunalta tähteä putoavaaNyt kauniit kasvot neitosen peittää karu maaJokaisen täytyy katsoa silmiin totuudenSillä aika ompi voittoisa, mut' tämä maa on ikuinen[English translation]He watched a falling star, at the edge of the worldNow the maiden's beautiful face is covered in barren earthEveryone has to look into the eyes of the thruth,For time is victorious, but this land will always stay trueLAI LAI HEI!

exchanging opinions and preferrably facts and experiences is fine and dandy, but going in circles.. or talking bullshit.. just to keep an argument going is at best an indicator for extreme boredome. I am an engineer, and i have a short attantionspan - if you dont argue clever enough or convincingly.. if you never accept a peers position and just want to hear yourself typing, then i lose interest and move on. Take care...

I never said it didn't sound like Japanese. I only pointed out that it isn't related... well, you seem to be a great reader. And of course I argue for the argumentations sake, why else? Isn't that the point of an argumentation, exchanging opinions?

Learn to read. I said 'it "sound" closer to japanese than swedish'. And i stand by that statement. No one said it is related to japanese, it is also not related to swedish - and the relation to hungarian is since recently under dispute by linguist-science. - Dont argue for the argumentations sake. It makes you look foolish.

Do you seriously believe that Finnland and Japan have a common linguistic past? The languages may sound close to each other but still they are not related. And besides, I don't discuss anything to convince others of my opinion. I'm more fond of exchanging them.

That theory is overturned. I know hungarians and spoke to them, and i am a finn myself - i also speak swedish and a couple words japanese, also have japanese friends living here in finland. - Do you seeriously believe, you could convince me - against all my first hand experiences?

In fact Finnish is closely related to Hungarian rather than Japanese... or Swedish or anything else. That's because Finland and Hungary have almost the same ancestors
