Roy died in July 1969, not long after this footage, Elvis got a lot of inspiration from Roy, a great talent.

His voice sounds so rich here at the height of his singing powers , I wish Elvis had done more raw rock like this when he came back , he seemed to settle for a lot of second rate songs in the 70s that were not good enough for his amazing voice but we have what we have and he will always be the KIng !
